TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. CUSTOMERS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY
CAUSE OF ACTION BASED ON THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT IS TO TERMINATE
THIS AGREEMENT EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

be resold or distributed to mail-order list providers or others. Be
aware, however, information contained within the business listing (shown
online), is available to all Internet users coming from anywhere in the world
(access to the Douglas County Web Portal domain name, is not restricted).
